Please read these Terms before using pyramid defense. By installing or using the Game, you agree to these Terms. If you cannot agree, do not use the Game.
1. Developer and scope
These Terms form an agreement between you and Землянський Микола (the “Developer”) for the Android game pyramid defense, package game.garna.pyramiddefense (the “Game”). Google Play may impose additional platform terms that also apply.
2. Permission to use the Game
The Developer gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the Game for lawful, non-commercial entertainment. You do not acquire ownership of the Game or its code, art, audio, text, trademarks, or other content.
3. Age and legal capacity
The Game is intended only for people aged 16 or older. By using the Game, you confirm that you are at least 16. People under 16 may not install or use the Game, including with parental permission. If you are already 16 or older but applicable law requires a higher age to enter a binding agreement, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms for you. Optional analytics must not be enabled unless the person giving consent has the legal capacity to do so under applicable law.
4. Game progress and virtual content
Progress and settings are stored locally on your device. Uninstalling the Game, clearing app data, device failure, or an update may remove local progress. The Game currently has no account, cloud-save service, paid virtual currency, subscription, or in-app purchase. Scores, cards, modules, floors, and other virtual items have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money or property.
5. Advertising and optional analytics
The Game may display banner and rewarded advertising supplied through Google Mobile Ads. A rewarded benefit is provided only after the advertising provider confirms completion; ad availability is not guaranteed. Gameplay analytics supplied by GameAnalytics is optional and remains off until you accept its separate in-game disclosure. You can later withdraw that choice in the Game menu without losing game features.
Data handling is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms for privacy-related matters.
6. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use the Game unlawfully or to harm another person, service, or device;
- circumvent security, advertising, consent, or platform safeguards;
- copy, distribute, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Game except where applicable law expressly permits it; or
- interfere with the Game, its third-party services, or another user's access.
7. Third-party services
Google Play, Google Mobile Ads/UMP, GameAnalytics, and the soundtrack host operate under their own terms and privacy notices. The Developer does not control their independent services, availability, or policies. Links in the Privacy Policy identify the relevant providers.
8. Updates, availability, and termination
The Developer may update, change, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Game to fix errors, improve gameplay, satisfy legal duties, or address platform requirements. These Terms end automatically if you materially breach them. You may end them by uninstalling and ceasing to use the Game.
9. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Game is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device. The Developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the Game. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
10. Changes and applicable law
Material changes will be published with a new effective date and, where required, shown in the Game. Continued use after a change takes effect means acceptance where permitted by law. Mandatory consumer protections and the rules of competent courts remain unaffected.
